Social Media Manager

Full-time: $3500 per month plus bonuses

$500 for a month training period

Summary:

• Work with our clients in shoots, and direct them to make the best content
• Post edited videos, and engage with viewers.
• You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing the social media accounts for multiple brands, as well as
• Overseeing video editors and copywriters to create top tier content
• Be prepared to occasionally commute to our office in Encino, CA

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and implement social media strategies across multiple brands
• Manage content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics
• Collaborate with copywriters and multiple stakeholders such as brand teams
• Engage and grow online communities through best-practice community management
• Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns
• Analyze competitor social media channels
• Manage editors and projects

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, video editing, and/or creative direction.
• Proficient in content creation specialized for a variety of social media platforms
• Experience with photography and graphic design is a plus
• Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
