Topstep is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to engage with our audience, build brand awareness, and drive business growth. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.

The Role, along with everything you’d expect:
- Serve as the day-to-day voice on social channels and as a brand advocate.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and insights to share with stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media conversations, content, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related and/or equivalent field.
- Minimum three years of experience working with social media management tools.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and their analytic tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit).
- Knowledge about Futures and financial markets is nice to have.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fundamental understanding of developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to be proactive and think creatively.
- Exemplary professional communication skills to respond with strong organizational, written, and communication skills for any venue.
- Confidence to respond on behalf of the company.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
