Senior Front-End Developer (React, Ruby On Rails)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications with an eye for visual aesthetics, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Work closely with the product and design teams to implement innovative front-end solutions and improve user experience.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure code quality and professional growth.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails, with a solid understanding of its front-end capabilities and integrations.
• Proficiency in React, able to build dynamic and complex web applications.
• Strong experience with Sass and Webpack for styling and module bundling.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with TypeScript or ES6+.
• Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Contributions to open source projects or active participation in the developer communit
