Sales & Revenue Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Determine optimal pricing structures and strategies based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to establish revenue targets and budgets.
  • Analyze customer behavior, booking patterns, and market trends to forecast demand and adjust pricing and availability strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales centric environment
  • Previous e-Commerce and retail experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-end retail sales
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles
  • Capacity to promote and uphold the brand’s vision and standards
  • High product knowledge
  • Experience/Interest in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
