Sales & Revenue Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Determine optimal pricing structures and strategies based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to establish revenue targets and budgets.
- Analyze customer behavior, booking patterns, and market trends to forecast demand and adjust pricing and availability strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Previous experience in sales centric environment
- Previous e-Commerce and retail experience
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end retail sales
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles
- Capacity to promote and uphold the brandβs vision and standards
- High product knowledge
- Experience/Interest in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
