Job Description
The Partner Enablement Manager is a crucial role in driving MeridianLink’s partner programs and initiatives. The person in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external partner enablement content, communication, and education. The primary objective is to create awareness and engagement with MeridianLink partners (both Channel and Marketplace). The Senior Director of Enablement will oversee this position, and the Partner Enablement Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Partner teams, Sales, and Revenue Operations, to introduce new programs to sellers and partners. The ideal candidate should have a background in working with SaaS partners and strong communication skills. They should also be well-organized and confident in building relationships across all functions. We are looking for a team player who is excited to work in a fast-paced organization!

Responsibilities
•Develop and deliver effective sales training and readiness about MeridianLink’s Channel and Marketplace partners
•Facilitate partner-facing onboarding and ongoing training programs
•Develop ongoing partner team enablement programs including playbooks, content, and education
•Leverage data to identify gaps and key learning opportunities to maximize the partner program
•Partner with Channel Sales and Marketplace leadership to determine the necessary training needed to optimize Sales activities
•Become familiar with MeridianLink’s customers, partner ecosystem, value proposition, solutions, sales process, and methodologies.

Qualifications
•5+ years of proven experience in Partner program management, Enablement, Sales, Training, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services software industry.
•Prefer individuals that have worked with System Integrators, VARs, and/or Service Providers
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and on-time delivery
•Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve

Salary range of $85,900 – $121,300. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
