Sales Analyst

About the role:
As a Sales Analyst for EMEA , you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa team. This position involves detailed analysis of sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Sales Forecasting: Assist in the creation of sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and other areas to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data within CRM and other sales systems
What do you need to succeed:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau (Knowledge in MODE, Intercom, Slack is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Fluency in English & Spanish; additional language skills are a plus ( German, Portuguese, French, Italian or Arab).
