About the Role:
As a Inside Sales Rep, you will contribute to reshaping Canada’s fintech industry, and be a key player in our growth journey.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand prospects’ requirements.
- Provide information on products/services to assist prospects in decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
