About The Role:

We are seeking Project Managers with strong civils/earthmoving & infrastructure expertise, to join our awesome Major Projects team. Based in Perth, with business travel to our Pilbara sites, you will lead dynamic teams overseeing and coordinating full major project scopes of work, tendering, execution, and final completion.

You Will:

  • Ensure adherence to Client QAQC requirements, as well as Company policies, plans and procedures.
  • Overseeing site project execution, HSE support, QAQC and close out.
  • Preparing and maintaining project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Reviewing and advising on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
  • Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on project progress and performance.
  • Working closely with clients, Warrikal management and all other project staff.

About You:

  • Must have experience in a Senior Leadership or Management role with in the resources sector of WA.
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience delivering projects within the resources sector , preferably in civils & Infrastructure.
  • Desired to hold engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or hold valid working rights.
  • Proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary scope – SMP, Civil, and E&I.
  • Extensive experience full life cycle of project delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, executing and overall management of teams.
  • Strong knowledge with HSE/OHS policies and legislation.
  • Contractual and commercial management and reporting.
  • Flexible, leadership mindset with the ability to work with changing business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, third party organisations and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Project and P6 (or equivalent).
