Job Summary
Are you ready to lead the way as our Implementation Project Manager at MeridianLink? In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring project schedules are met, driving innovation, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, adaptable, and adept at identifying process improvements for optimal productivity.
Responsibilities
-Serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments.
-Ensuring project schedules and timelines are met by all stakeholders.
-Driving innovation and leadership in client initiatives.
-Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate.
-Collaborating with internal and external teams to drive issue resolution.
-Performing project plan creation and updating, weekly status reporting, and tracking project activities, risks, and issues.
-Maintaining a positive attitude and providing the highest level of customer service.
-Identifying areas for process improvements and efficiencies.
-Organizing processes to maximize productivity and efficient utilization of internal resources and software.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
-Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
-2-4+ years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range of $71,100 – $100,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
