Video Editor For Meta Ads

We are a company that sells products directly to customers online. We are growing quickly and need a Graphic Designer to join our team. Our marketing team has spent over $20M on ads on Meta and Google, gaining a lot of insight into effective creative strategies.

Can you create effective and compelling videos that make prospects take immediate action?

Do you enjoy conceiving promotional and meaningful videos that can impact millions of viewers per day?

We are looking for an ambitious Video Editor to create social media ads for DTC products. You will be closely working with our creative strategist and other team members to do our weekly ads production.

Tasks:

• Work on making performance driven ads for Meta.
• Optimize existing ads (changing hooks, increasing thumbstop ratio etc.)
• Study our products and find out what customers think about them.
• Read customer reviews to get ideas for improvement.
• Check our Meta performance reports to see what’s working and what’s not.

Requirements:

• Be efficient in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• A big interest in new AI tools that help make creating ads easier and better
• Be fluent in English
• Have experience in direct response marketing
• Analyze data and interpret it (or be eager to learn how to do it)
• Meet deadlines
• Be collaborative in the team
• Be proactive and take initiative
• Understand the conversion principles for social media ads
• Be eager to learn and improve
