As a recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team by identifying top talent that aligns with our mission.

Role Overview: This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time based on performance and company need. As a technical recruiter, you’ll collaborate with our internal teams and represent the voice of the developer community.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruiting operations for technical roles within our startup.
Source and engage candidates for software development, machine learning, data science, enterprise sales, solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, UX/UI design, and hardware positions.
Foster relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of industry experience in technical recruiting.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to assess candidates on a technical level.
Familiarity with technical languages and processes.
