Social Media Manager

Phreesia is seeking a social media expert to create engaging content and execute data-driven campaigns as a Social Media Manager on our Strategic Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for leading our paid, earned and organic social media strategy to increase awareness, influence consideration, and drive leads for our products. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and compelling storyteller with demonstrated experience creating and executing paid and organic social media campaigns.

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own strategy, management and content creation for Phreesia’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Manage social media calendar, owning the development of high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines
  • Differentiate strategy, content and tone based on channel and target provider organizations
  • Align the social media strategy with the overall goals of the Marketing team and the broader organization
  • Execute paid social campaigns, track and test performance, and achieve the best possible ROI
  • Identify metrics and benchmarks for social performance, report KPIs out to team leadership, and use those insights to adjust live campaigns and plan for future ones
  • Use our social media channels to test new messaging and positioning
  • Work closely with the Creative team to leverage engaging images, graphics, videos and other visual assets to drive traffic and engagement
  • Stay up to date on best and evolving social media practices for healthcare technology and B2B SaaS companies
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for paid and organic social campaigns

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience in social media management and strategy
  • Demonstrated track record of planning and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Experience working with Google Analytics GA4 required
  • Extensive experience with paid social campaign optimization required
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Experience working with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills and an eye for visual assets that work best on social
  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices across different social channels, including what media types perform best on each platform
  • Experience managing budget for paid and organic social media campaigns

Base pay for US is $78,000 – $95,000 USD, depending on qualifications
