Eleos partners with fintechs and other popular brands across the UK and soon the US, embedding income protection insurance and life cover into their online journeys to make personal financial protection accessible to millions of people who are vulnerable to life’s unavoidable hardships.

We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media and PR Manager to join our fast-growing InsureTech company. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media and PR strategy that drives brand awareness, engages with & grows our community, builds positive brand resonance and amplifies our voice across our B2B and B2C audiences.

What you’ll be doing:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and creative social media strategy spanning platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram and more
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging, on-brand content to captivate our audience and spark meaningful interactions
  • Monitor social conversations, respond to inquiries, and leverage insights to continuously optimise performance
  • Collaborate with content marketing, product, partnerships and other internal teams to align social efforts with the broader business strategy
  • Leverage social advertising and influencer partnerships to amplify brand awareness and lead generation
  • Manage and grow both our B2B & B2C community
  • Regularly share data and insights to KPIs and other relevant data
  • Enable the team to use their LinkedIn to support business activities and goals
  • Develop social media calendars using relevant tools to for automation
  • Analyse social media metrics, reporting on the impact and ROI initiatives

Public Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media, influencers, and journalists
  • Identify and secure high-impact PR opportunities, such as guest articles, interviews, and speaking engagements
  • Craft compelling press releases, bylined content, and other PR assets to position the company as a thought leader
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, managing crisis communications as needed
  • Analyse PR and media coverage metrics, reporting on the impact and ROI of PR initiatives
  • Pitch relevant topics to the media to gain press coverage

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and public relations, preferably within the B2B2C technology or financial services industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, on-brand content
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Extensive experience successfully engaging audiences on: LinkedIn, Instagram (stores, reels and posts), TikTok, YouTube (videos and shorts), X
  • Proven track record of executing successful social media and PR campaigns that drive measurable business results
  • Proficient in social media management tools, data analytics, and performance optimisation
  • Strong media relations skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with influential stakeholders
  • Finger on the pulse of social media trends and ability to translate it to our business
  • Experience working with OKRs and KPIS

Compensation range:

  • UK: £35,000 – £60,000 gross annually*
