What you’ll do:
- Act as the subject matter expert for everything related to SEO
- Conduct comprehensive SEO analysis and audits for all our sites.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our target audience.
- Strong SEO strategy skills; Own the entire process, including shaping, developing and executing the strategy.
- Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Improving SEO performance of existing articles, blogs, and landing pages.
- Develop and implement a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks to our website.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Monitor search engine algorithms updates and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
- Track and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Analyze SEO impact, ROI and core metrics performance data and make strategic recommendations through written reports to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Project manage and coordinate efforts across different stakeholders to ensure successful execution of SEO initiatives.
- Planning, writing, editing, and posting daily blog articles.
- Planning and writing resource articles for the PrizePicks website.
- Developing replicable and engaging blog templates for guest writers.
What you have:
- 5+ years of experience in an SEO roleProfessional content writing experience (copywriting, journalism, blogging)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies
- Technical SEO skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with GA4 and GSC Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar tools
- Experience with WebFlow CMS or similar platforms
- Data-driven and numbers-oriented
- Passion for fantasy sports and gamingProfessional fantasy sports / sports gaming experience strongly preferred
