Senior Sales Recruiter

The Senior Sales Recruiter role is a full life cycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR supporting Sports Medicine, Endoscopy, Communications, and Sustainability Solutions to identify, attract and acquire top sales talent to support organizational needs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Stays abreast with the division’s products and services.
  • Mentor recruiters and initiate recruitment process analysis, decision making and improvements.
  • Expected to maintain a high volume (about 40%) of open requisitions.
  • Cold calls inside industry contacts, competitor companies and other leads to efficiently convert contacts into candidates.
  • Utilize technologies to track all leads, contacts, candidates, etc. and leverages systems to continuously build talent pool.
  • Support the creation of and comply with the divisional Diversity & Inclusion Plan, including holding third party agencies accountable for diverse line-ups.
  • Proactively sources and builds pipelines.
  • Actively participates in professional and social networking to generate leads.
  • Attends job fairs, University events and speaking engagements, as required.
  • Complete compensation analysis as part of offer letter generation.
  • Trains new recruiters and execute on defined recruitment process analysis, decision making and improvements.
  • Source, qualify and interview candidates for open or strategic positions within the division in partnership with HR business partners and hiring managers.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and offer letters for potential new hires.
  • Create and train hiring managers on recruiting process, interviewing and sourcing.
  • Evaluates and interprets talent-based selection tools of candidates.
  • Prepares talent acquisition metrics and statistics.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or additional 6+ years of experience required
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • Previous corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • 4+ years of Sales recruitment experience highly preferred
  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Preferred candidate will live in the MT or West coast time zones

$75,300- 156,900k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
