Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our People and Culture team. This role is pivotal in supporting our corporate and engineering departments by managing the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will not only drive our recruiting initiatives and projects forward but will also be a cornerstone in managing relationships with hiring managers, internal applicants, and external candidates. A customer-service-oriented mindset is vital for success in this role, as is the ability to embody and project Tactacam’s values in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment life cycle for corporate and engineering positions, from identifying staffing needs to kicking off onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics, providing expert guidance on candidate sourcing, selection, and engagement strategies.
- Manage relationships with both internal applicants and external candidates, ensuring a transparent, inclusive, and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Drive projects that enhance our overall recruiting practices, including employer branding, candidate experience, and leveraging recruiting metrics to inform strategies.
- Nurture a service-driven environment that goes above and beyond, keeping Tactacam at the forefront as a top-choice employer.
- Champion data accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and recruitment metrics are meticulously recorded and analyzed for continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and senior management, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting activities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Capable of managing diverse tasks autonomously.
- An agile and service-oriented mindset.
