About the Role ℹ️
We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to enhance our Operations function. If you’re passionate about supporting video game companies’ growth, and seeking beyond routine, this role is for you.
In this position, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level positions in our company and assist our founders in building top-tier teams in the market, from sourcing and screening to the final offer.
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have substantial experience in hiring both technical and non-technical roles, particularly in HR consultancy, GameDev, or IT sectors.
Our Ideal Candidate
Strong academic background.
6-8 years PQE in technical and non-technical recruiting preferably gained in HR consultancy, GameDev, or IT sectors.
Fluent in both Russian and English.
Knowledge of Greek is a plus.
Outstanding time management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders and founders to refine and define job profiles.
Establish and improve innovative sourcing strategies.
Craft compelling job postings that attract top-tier candidates.
Post and promote job openings on various social media platforms.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for senior-level or hard-to-fill positions.
Evaluate recruiting processes in our portfolio companies.
Train entry-level recruiters.
Formulate and implement market-leading hiring strategies.
Analyse and share best HR practices with stakeholders and founders.
