Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced, full cycle recruiter to join our growing People team. As a Senior Recruiter you will report to the Director of People Operations and work across all our departments to help bring the best and brightest talent to Givebutter. You will own multiple roles at once and contribute to larger talent and onboarding initiatives as needed. The right candidate has strong interpersonal skills and has a natural ability to find exceptional talent in creative ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the recruitment process end to end including cold sourcing when needed, managing a high volume of inbound applicants, phone and/or zoom screens, managing candidates through the interview process, and onboarding assistance
  • Partner with Hiring Committees to help design interview processes, questions, and assessment steps
  • Find creative ‘go to market’ strategies for roles to maximize the level of talent Givebutter attracts
  • Foster relationships with passive candidates through various networks including LinkedIn as well as our Wildcard role
  • Assist the Director of People in implementing new talent focused initiatives as needed
  • Assist with internal culture building opportunities lead by the People team

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience either in house or with an agency
  • Experience filling roles across various departments; familiarity with engineering and GTM market roles is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Ability to work with a team and independently; experience being the only person sourcing and managing the talent pipeline
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience using Lever ATS preferred
