About You:

  • You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a talent for connecting with people and understanding their unique strengths
  • You have experience in recruiting and talent acquisition and carry knowledge of best practices and employment laws
  • You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in HRIS, payroll databases, performance management tools, background check tools, and employee management software
  • You are detail oriented and have excellent time management skills, which carry you through adapting to changing requirements

Things You’ll Do:

As Cadwell’s Senior Recruiter, you will harness your strengths in placing candidates by taking the time to understand strengths and values.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and roles to be filled
  • Drafting recruitment advertisements and posting ads effectively in digital and print media
  • Creating and maintaining Cadwell’s presence in the industry by attending job fairs and industry conferences
  • Identifying candidates through various sourcing methods, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications
  • Setting up initial data for new employees, submitting information for promotions and transfers, and improving new hire onboarding/orientation processes
  • Analyzing recruitment data for trends and patterns, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
