Senior Product Manager, AI

Position Overview:

We seek an accomplished Senior Product Manager to join our Construction Intelligence team. You will focus on harnessing the power of data and AI to enhance decision-making and workflow efficiencies across the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform. You will lead the charge in imagining, defining, developing, and delivering transformative AI-powered solutions.

Location: Remote-first, with optional offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Boston, and Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

  • Write detailed product specs and document market research to identify customer needs and emerging business opportunities
  • Engage with customers through validation sessions, manage BETA feedback, and leverage in-product analytics to capture essential insights
  • Foster collaboration across multiple departments and product teams to pinpoint AI, data, and automation solutions
  • Partner with data scientists, UX designers, software engineers, and other important partners to iterate and expedite product delivery
  • Develop and prioritize product requirements and backlogs to align with strategic goals
  • Analyze product metrics and market trends to guide strategic product decisions and refine the roadmap
  • Lead product release planning and collaborate with marketing on product launches

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI-powered products
  • Experience with AI technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs, their applications in construction
  • 2 years of experience in the construction industry or related technology fields
  • Exceptional ability to analyze customer needs, identify technological gaps, and propose innovative solutions
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, able to simplify complex concepts and engaging diverse audiences
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills

Salary transparency:

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
