Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend development efforts, ensuring our platform is not only functional but also engaging and efficient. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience, bringing complex workflows into simple, seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of new user-facing features, focusing on performance and responsiveness.
• Translate requirements and mockups into fully functioning features using JavaScript and React.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring web accessibility standards.
• Maintain and enhance the codebase, ensuring high code quality and maintainability with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product designers to meet strategic business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in frontend development across the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, particularly React.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with state management using Redux or similar libraries.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong debugging and performance testing skills using tools like Chrome Developer Tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Headless UI
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools like Vite, NPM, Docker, etc.
• Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Experience with design tools such as Figma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
