What You’ll Do:
- You will partner with marketing managers and business leaders to understand their needs, messaging goals, and campaign objectives, and communicate with them effectively and confidently to target pain points.
- You will think strategically to propose content strategies in line with campaign objectives and create premium content for brand awareness and thought leadership, client acquisition, lead and demand generation, prospecting, inbound and outbound marketing, and account-based marketing campaigns.
- You will gather relevant and credible information to understand client pain points and needs and communicate towards achieving complete understanding of the company’s products, services, offers and how these benefit customers.
- You will think creatively and create campaign-related materials in various written forms such as but not limited to: emails, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, website articles, press releases, print collaterals, video scripts, print marketing collaterals, and more as required.
- You will monitor and analyze the performance of your campaigns and outputs, and provide recommendations based on feedback and/or performance to increase campaign effectiveness.
- You will ensure web and print readiness of materials by following industry best practices.
- You will follow processes and guidelines for development and implementation of materials, ensuring that all content adheres to the brand’s identity, tone, voice, style, and quality.
- This is a writing intensive role which requires writing data-driven, credible, and compelling content daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development – You will write clear, insightful, and informative content that promotes SAVii’s brand, products and services, and how these benefit clients and customers. These written forms may include PR, Sales, and Prospecting materials, articles, infographics, slides, storyboards, downloadable guides, educational materials, surveys, etc. You will ensure that the design team can and will properly illustrate these content in various mediums and channels as required.
- Research and Data Analysis – You will perform research in support of marketing campaigns and daily deliverables to produce insightful, data-driven content. Topics you will cover include but are not limited to: financial wellness, niche industry developments, employee wellness and engagement, talent recruitment and retention, attrition, leadership best practices, HR innovations, internal survey results and insights, salary loans, salary advance, insurance, savings, etc.
- Project Management – You are responsible for preparing content/editorial materials required to achieve deliverables and complete projects (including, but not limited to concept building, storyboard, etc.) in a timely manner. You will coordinate with internal resources for design, digital, social, and event needs.
- Brand Positioning – You will communicate our key messaging, positioning, including brand storytelling, value proposition, and differentiators to our target audiences and ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone). You will ensure that these are efficiently and effectively shared both internal and external to the organization.
- Corporate Communication – You will ensure that SAVii’s communications framework is followed and applied to specific personas/target audiences.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – You will align with internal and external teams on business and marketing campaign goals. You will assist with QA and editing tasks as needed along with other duties as assigned.
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Literature, Communications and other similar courses.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in writing content for B2B marketing, sales, or prospecting. Portfolio required.
- Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of effective B2B marketing.
- Exceptional communication, organization, research, writing, and content editing skills with strong foresight and expertise on the principles of good and correct writing.
- Proficiency in both written English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot with little or no daily supervision.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Preferably with knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Preferably with previous work experience in fintech, banking, financial education, or similar industries.
