Senior Commercial Project Manager

Influx is looking to hire a Sr. Project Manager with experience in commercial management, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and pricing.

They will focus on inter-departmental programs and/or projects spanning multiple teams, particularly those related to commerce. They ensure deliverables meet high standards, adhere to schedules, and align with the Project Management framework. This role includes creating project plans, tracking progress, reporting, and managing communication, coordination, and resolving tensions among global stakeholders.

To make an impact: As a senior project manager, you will:

• Manage projects throughout the project life cycle from initiation to delivery and closeout and ensure outcomes meet quality and time while handling constraints and risks.
• Manage, execute, report and evaluate commercial projects, particularly those related to P&L, bottom-line improvement and cost efficiency.
• Manage project constraints, including scope, schedule, quality of projects and budget (when applicable).
• Provide guidance and support to the project team throughout the duration of the project.
• Inform, educate, and persuade stakeholders to take ownership and support of the project’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6+ years project management experience in across teams and projects.
• Substantial experience in commercial management, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and pricing.
• Experienced in Executive, and Programme Level reporting, Schedule Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Scope Management, and Cost Management.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills.

Bonus Points:

• PMBOK / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred, change management accreditation preferred e.g. PROSCIT
• Top consulting firm experience preferred.
