Senior Affiliate Manager (Crypto Product)

What would you be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
  • Build strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to ensure alignment of affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in affiliate marketing.

What could you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing affiliate programs, driving revenue growth, and optimizing performance.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
