Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and industrious Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified business for our sales organization through prospecting and working closely with the Account Executive team. You will partner closely with the Solutions Engineering team, as well as collaborate with the Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to learn about the product and to continuously improve your messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers by studying case studies, existing customers’ product usage, market trends, and competitors
- Engage prospective customers with tailored messaging that resonates with their interests, pain points, and business problems
- Do whatever it takes to generate meetings: call, email, social media
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Work closely with Account Executives to continuously improve meeting and opportunity quality
- Manage and organize your activities and tasks across thousands of accounts
- Staff conferences and industry events to acquire leads and new prospective customers
Requirements:
- Aptitude for delivering world-class customer experiences: operate with a sense of urgency, exercise curiosity about customers, and strive to add value in your interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage many activities and tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Have a technical background e.g. STEM degree or coding bootcamp
- Have experience using Outreach, Gong, or Salesforce
For this position, our target OTE (on target earnings) is $50,000-$100,000 USD (paid in your local currency), inclusive of base salary and variable compensation tied to the attainment of quarterly sales targets.
