As a Senior Recruiter at X-FLOW, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our growing team. Your expertise in recruitment, particularly within the gaming industry, will be vital in ensuring we continue to bring on board individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about gaming. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within the company, with a particular focus on technical and creative positions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidate outreach, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet both the technical and cultural requirements of the company.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and gaming.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the gaming industry or a similar creative field.
  • Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates across a range of disciplines.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and its unique recruitment challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
