Qualifications

• Minimum one year of successful recruiting experience.
• Strong customer management and negotiation skills.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive approach to learning.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Additional Requirements

Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Level Clearance.
