We are proactively building a pipeline for highly skilled Power Automate and Power Apps Developer to join our team. As a Power Automate and Power Apps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting training sessions on these platforms. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient and user-friendly automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate business processes and tasks.
Create canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
Customize and extend Power Apps through advanced configurations and integrations with other systems and services.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions using Power Platform tools.
Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate flows and Power Apps applications.
Prepare and conduct training sessions on the effective use of Power Platform tools to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
Collaborate with other developers, IT professionals, and business users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in Power Automate expressions, connectors, and triggers.
Experience with Power Apps development, including creating canvas apps and model-driven apps.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analytics (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are a plus.
