The Role:

Donorbox is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our marketing projects and lead our teams to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, and cross-functional team collaboration. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive projects to completion while ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production and performance of our landing pages, website, and content projects, ensuring they stay on track and deliver results.
• Oversee the workflow of our in-house creative team (Video, Copywriting, and Design), including taking client briefs, monitoring execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects align with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Copywriting, Video, Design, and Web Development) to achieve project goals, facilitating clear communication and coordination among team members.
• Monitor and control project timelines, resource allocation, and budget utilization, assessing the performance of projects through key performance indicators and metrics.
• Create detailed reports at the end of projects to evaluate overall performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably with advertising or marketing agency experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive in driving projects forward.
• Bonus points for experience in the creative industry.
