Wiley’s Global Science and Engineering team helps companies grow, by providing them with digital content, reach and technology. The team is part of the Audience Solutions unit, and our services include online advertising, sponsored publications, educational websites, and webinars, all based on the reach and authority of Wileys scientific journal portfolio and society network.

Based on a growing demand for global Science and Engineering programs from both industry experts and corporate sponsors, we are further expanding our sciences solutions.

How you will make an impact:

• Project Management Excellence: Lead the project management of large-scale web projects, overseeing the creation of diverse multimedia content to meet client objectives effectively and efficiently.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s post-sale, ensuring exceptional service delivery, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in ongoing collaboration with various internal stakeholders including sales, business development, marketing, and editorial teams, fostering a cohesive approach to project execution and maximizing outcomes.
• Support in Strategic Activities: Provide valuable support in planning, pitch, and client proposal activities, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the development of compelling strategies and solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in content, project management, and online platforms, proactively integrating new insights and best practices to enhance project delivery and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

We are looking for people who:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a related field of Science or Engineering is required, providing a solid foundation for the role.
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project management, with a particular emphasis on digital projects, showcasing your ability to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Client Management Skills: Proven track record in client management, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and drive client retention.
• Commercial Focus: Possess a commercially focused mindset, with a clear understanding of business objectives and strategies, enabling you to align project outcomes with organizational goals and drive business success.
• Industry Background: Preferred background in sciences and engineering, with knowledge of related industry practices, allowing you to better understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing is advantageous, providing you with an understanding of marketing principles and strategies, which can be leveraged to enhance project effectiveness and client engagement.
