Project Manager

We are constantly growing; therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager to join forces and achieve our growth goals together.

What would you be responsible for:

• Oversee the execution of business development projects and expansion activities.
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Prioritise and oversee product development initiatives.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress effectively to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and provide regular financial updates to management.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among all departments.

What could you bring:

• Higher education, preferably in management, finance, law or economics.
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
