What do we do? We provide public relations (PR), patient advocacy and medical communication services, that use behavioural science methodologies to maximise brand and health outcomes.
How do we do it? We’ve worked with behavioural psychologists to develop our own Feel-Think-Do™ evidence-based suite of tools that seek to understand human emotions, thought processes and environmental factors that sit behind each challenge we face. These tools can be applied to every brief to deliver insightful, tailored and targeted communications that are designed to inspire meaningful and positive change. About you:
We are looking for passionate and conscientious people to apply for this role in our communications and advocacy team. The 90TEN offices are based in Battersea, London, but candidates have the option to be office-based or home-based…or a mixture of both, by taking advantage of our Flexible Working Framework.

The opportunity:
Account Manager (AM) is a mid-level role for those with existing communications and project management skills who are ready to take on more responsibility to secure and deliver existing and new business. AMs will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, finances, client service and overseeing the work of team members. Typically, an AM will be allocated to three or four clients, which allows you to use and expand your skillset across our diverse range of client work.
At 90TEN, you will receive on-the-job training to learn best practices from your colleagues and advance your career. You will also have an opportunity to participate in face-to face and online courses tailored to your needs and interests. On starting, you will be matched with a line manager and a buddy to guide and support you every step of the way.
What would be my day-to-day role and responsibilities?
Project management:
- Managing group projects and timelines
- Delegating to others and overseeing actions
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Leading team meetings
- Understanding and application of industry compliance and regulations
- Using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
People management:
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Giving constructive feedback
- Motivating and supporting team members
Creative content development:
- Development and review of creative content
- Driving creative brainstorms
- Adaptable writing style to different audiences
- Reviewing materials and providing objective feedback (e.g. infographics, videos)
Client servicing:
- Regular client contact
- Presenting in a formal setting
- Counselling clients and providing recommendations
Financial management:
- Overseeing and developing project budgets
- Reporting financial updates to team leads
