Paid Media Specialist
Our client is a leading company specializing in providing innovative solutions for health & wellness practices. They focus on enhancing patient engagement and practice efficiency through innovative technology and tailored marketing strategies.
They are currently seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist who is highly skilled in Meta ads to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled in managing media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on Meta ads, and has a strong understanding of the health and wellness industry.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
Media Campaign Management: Manage and optimize media campaigns on Meta and Google, including local service ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is advantageous.
Algorithm Understanding: Utilize in-depth knowledge of pixel settings and Meta ads algorithms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at increasing conversions and reducing churn.
Market Experience: Leverage prior experience in the U.S. market (preferably in the health & wellness industry) to tailor campaigns to the target audience effectively.
Independence and Initiative: Drive campaign success, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:
Optimized Campaign Performance: Successfully manage and optimize media campaigns, leading to increased conversions and reduced churn.
Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of algorithms and Meta ads, resulting in enhanced campaign performance.
Strategic Contribution: Provide valuable strategic insights that contribute to overall marketing goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in media buying and campaign management, with a focus on Meta and Google ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.
Market Expertise: Prior experience in the U.S. market is a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
