Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects to support our company’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and within approved budgets. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute project plans, including timelines, and resource allocations made by the Head of Creative.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables among stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, product, and sales teams, to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting project timelines, budgets, or deliverables.
  • Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of creative assets, collateral, and campaign materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence across projects.
  • Track and present key performance metrics for marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives to the Head of Creative
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, drive continuous improvement, and assist in future decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
  • Experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
  • Candidate must reside in the U.K.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • FDA-regulated industry experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
