Inside Sales Lead Generation Manager

Role Purpose:

  • Drive the creation and management of a high-quality lead pipeline to support sales objectives and company targets.
  • Design, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies across diverse markets and business segments.
  • Take ownership of evaluating activity performance and making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels (phone, digital, and social media) in key regions including the US, UK/I, and Mainland Europe continually assessing their performance and making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
  • Define and implement processes and governance structures to streamline lead generation and inside sales globally.
  • Establish and manage lead nurturing processes to effectively guide prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient conversion.
  • Oversee the smooth transition of leads to the sales team, ensuring that all generated leads are followed up and converted into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager to align lead generation initiatives with broader marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure effective follow-up on generated leads, provide insights into lead quality, and tailor lead generation strategies to meet specific account needs.
  • Engage with external agencies for content creation or localization as needed to support lead generation efforts.
  • Initially, this role will be an individual contributor position, with the potential to build and lead a global team as the company grows.
  • Reports to the Global Head of Marketing.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in lead generation or a related field, with a preference for experience in Life Sciences or high-value B2B sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
  • Skilled in using lead generation and automation tools, with strong analytical abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and other relevant laws.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
