What you’ll be doing:
Building upon the strong track record of success in 2023, we are convinced that there is a substantial opportunity to expand our achievements through this sales channel, and the role’s incumbent is integral to this objective. The Inside Sales Executive is entrusted with the task of proactively reaching out to marketing-generated inquiries and engaged leads, with the aim of optimising revenue generation via phone-based sales of WorkNest products and services. Your role will centre on your capacity to qualify leads resulting from marketing campaigns, using a combination of phone, email, and social communication methods, as well as your B2B experience with senior decision-makers, through outbound sales efforts, and your familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Your contribution will be instrumental in propelling WorkNest toward its aspiration of becoming one of the UK’s leading providers of outsourced Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety services.

The role can be hybrid or fully remote with offices based in Chester and Glasgow.
