Job Summary
Embark on an exciting journey as our Implementation Analyst, where you’ll deliver cutting-edge solutions and exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring their success every step of the way! The Implementation Analyst is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. They provide project management and configuration services, leading the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. Acting as a liaison between clients and other company departments, they manage client expectations, meet timelines, and educate clients on software capabilities. Additionally, they communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization.
Responsibilities
· Understanding MeridianLink’s licensed software and educating clients on it’s capabilities.
· Leading innovation and implementation initiatives that support client goals and objectives.
· Managing client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations.
· Facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments.
· Managing internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the deployment cycle.
· Adhering to project scheduling and ensuring all project resources meet expected timelines.
· Proactively identifying issues and facilitating resolutions before they become escalation items.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
· Able to perform simple to moderately difficult/moderately impactful aspects of the role independently. The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position.
· Career-development professional within the subject area
· Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area
· Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
· Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems.
· Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities simultaneously.

Salary range of $71,000 – $100,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
