HR Manager – Employee Experience

The purpose of this role is to support the HR team in implementing talent development and employee engagement initiatives to contribute to the overall employee experience at Axi.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will:
- Culture
- Support the HR Team in planning and coordinating logistics for companywide engagement, wellbeing and D, E&I initiatives
- Assist in organising special interest groups and seminars that align with Axi’s values
- Serve as Culture Ambassador and help coordinate the Axi Ambassador program
- Connection
- Manage the engagement calendar to ensure consistence in employee connection opportunities (in person/remotely)
- Facilitate Orientation Webinar of new joiners
- Conduct regular “check ins” with new joiners in the first 1-2 months
- Assist, create and publish visual engagement content for Axi’s internal communication platform
- Recognition
- Promote Axi’s recognition program
- Analyse engagement data related to recognition initiatives
- Develop content that highlights employee successes for internal communication
- Development
- Create learning materials such as presentations, e-learning content to assist in training program development
- Organise workshop, training events and collect participant feedback after each training session
- Improve current training materials
- Prepare post-event reports/summaries
- Support the logistics of developmental events and initiatives
- Measure the effectiveness of training through available data

- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage learning and development programs.
- Expertise in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data for decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships and foster a positive work environment.
