Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture and Values Advocacy:
  • Promote company values and ensure they are embedded in all HR practices and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance the company culture, making it a vibrant and supportive place to work.
  • Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
  • Create and manage initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition systems.
  • Regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys and use the data to inform improvements and initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Develop and oversee recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates who align with the company’s culture and values.
  • Implement training and development programs that help employees grow and advance their careers within the company.
  • Performance Management:
  • Establish clear performance metrics and standards that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Oversee regular performance reviews and ensure they are constructive, fair, and aligned with the company’s values.
  • Employee Well-being:
  • Develop policies that support a healthy work-life balance, such as flexible working hours and remote work options.
  • Implement mental health initiatives and provide resources to support employees’ mental and emotional well-being.
  • Leadership Development:

  • HR Metrics and Analytics:

  • Strategic HR Planning:

  • Employee Onboarding:
  • Oversee a smooth and engaging onboarding process that helps new employees integrate into the company culture quickly.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation programs that introduce new hires to the company’s values, culture, and expectations.
  • Exit Management:
  • Perform exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
  • Use exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the company.
