Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee the HR function for North America and LATAM. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR function for US & Canada, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil; consistently and effectively deploying HR policies and programs that align with our global vision and values, support our business objectives, and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. You will also manage a team of HR professionals and provide expert guidance and coaching to the local leaders and managers on all HR matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HR strategy for North America and LATAM, in alignment with the global HR strategy and the regional business goals
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ensure effective working relationships with other parts of the HR function, CoE´s and Shared Services
- Partner with local leaders to provide operational HR support, advice, and solutions on all aspects of people management.
- Drive the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives and programs, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, learning & development and succession planning
- Provide the necessary HR support for a variety of business unit changes (e.g. M&A, restructuring), taking into account people implications.
- Responsible for the US & Canada payroll and effectively managing the internal payroll provider relationships. Overseeing payroll for LATAM via the local team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, across the region
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to management teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, unions, vendors, and industry associations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Experience in managing a regional HR function, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and legal frameworks in North America
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on and pro-active approach, with ability to work without strict guidance
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region and internationally, as required

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
102,400 USD
Maximum :
162,600 USD
