What We Need:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the People Team and serves as a liaison between various People Ops, HRBPs/HRGs, and cross functional stakeholders like Corporate Compliance and Legal.
Responsibilities:
- Manage specific Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to include:
- Issue ticketing for employee relations inquiries via Zoho tracking system
- Publish and distribute termination documentation for all separating team members
- Personnel file documentation collection for subpoenas, unemployment claims, and other requests as received
- Uploading and indexing of various documents into employee profiles in Oracle. May assist with various record updating projects as requested.
- Processing and sending Failure to Return from Leave and Job Abandonment documentation
- Respond to general employee inquiries when needed
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned, including assisting with various projects and providing backup to COEs within People Team
- Follow up with managers to complete CAPs for associates based on policy requirements, entry of CAPs into HR database, and working with Human Resources Generalists (HRGs) for follow up
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Proven success working under minimal supervision
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ensure completion and thoroughness of designated job tasks
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G-Suite products
- A Bachelor’s degree is required with a concentration in Human Resources Management desired, and/or equivalent HR experience of at least 2 years.

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.
