  • Analyze HR data and conduct market research to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize HR processes;
  • Build an analytics system to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Monitor and enhance HR initiatives, creating clear documentation for internal use;
  • Use data to identify trends and opportunities, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement in HR processes;
  • Train managers and business partners to use metrics effectively and make data-driven decisions;
  • Stay updated with industry trends and proactively seek feedback to improve the HR experience.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in HR analysis or similar positions;
  • Experience with market research and HR data collection methods;
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL (or similar programming languages);
  • English level not lower than Intermediate;
  • Familiarity with HR tools and technologies is a plus.
