HR Administrator

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The primary focus of this role will be focusing on employee contract production, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of employment contracts for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and review employment contracts for new hires, ensuring all necessary terms and conditions are accurately reflected.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to finalize contract details and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage contract templates and templates library, making updates as necessary to reflect changes in company policies or legal requirements.
  • Assist with the administration of employee contracts being distributed and filed away once returned.
  • Provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Skills And Experience:

  • Experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee contract production.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
