The Role
Nativo is seeking a skilled multidisciplinary Graphic Designer with UX and Motion Graphics expertise to join our dynamic creative team. Working in collaboration with Content, Sales, and Marketing, the ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and will have a strong understanding in fundamental design principles including layout and typography, as well as transitions, form and lower thirds.
This candidate will assist Design in a multimedia capacity, including the creation of mock-ups, wireframes, banner ads, presentations and dynamic interactive contentâutilizing motion graphic and video editing capabilities to bring static assets to life. They will work closely with the Creative Director, who will oversee and ensure that brand presence resonates within various industry verticals.

What Youâll Do
- Create high-quality and compelling static graphics ranging from banner ads, social media posts, infographics to article mocks
- Conceptualize interactive media through developmental stages of UX development, including wireframing and production with developer-free software
- Story-board, develop and execute motion graphic concepts as well as modify/edit pre-formatted videos and gifs
- Collaborate and work closely with Creative Director, Content Producers, Marketing Associates and Sales to ensure work aligns with expectations
- Support departments with updates to best-practices, one-sheets, presentations and case-studies
- Execute same-day requests such as cropping images, optimizing files, and converting pre-formatted (post-production) videos and graphics
- Assist with the execution of interactive experiences via triggers, motion and animation
- Support creative team in transition of internal processes, documentations and workflows
What Youâll Bring
- 3+ years of relevant Graphic Design Experience
- Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities, depending on bandwidth and internal resources
- Mastery experience of the Adobe Creative Suite required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) as well as working knowledge in Google Suite (Slides, primarily).
- Experience with UI/UX Design from user-journeys to wireframing (with use of tools such as Ceros, VeV, Adobe XD, Figma, and/or Sketch)
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute motion design concepts (utilizing Adobe Premiere, Adobe After
- Effects, Final Cut, Jitter, etc) as well as utilizing templates and stock assets for quick production
- Profound attention to detail, ensuring work conforms to technical specifications, labeled accordingly and archived for future use
- Working knowledge of social platforms such as Vimeo, Youtube, Instagram Stories, TikTok, etc.
- Experience with HTML/CSS a plus (Including website maintenance in Webflow)**

Additional Information
Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The starting pay range for this role is $72,000 – $80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, yearsâ experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
