Front End Developer

About the Role:

Trumid is looking for a senior UI developer with a demonstrated ability to keep up with the latest best-practices in the fast-moving JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem. The ability to operate independently and as part of a team is critical to success in this role. Our applications are streaming in nature, so the ideal candidate has experience with high-performance message-driven user interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

Design, implement and optimize our applications to improve trader experience and drive revenue
Work with our business team, designers, and clients to deliver world-class UIs
Drive the adoption of modern UI architecture and best-practices in a fast-paced team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working with TypeScript, and web UI architecture and frameworks
Strong understanding of React and render lifecycle with experience building React frontend applications for production systems
Understanding of reactive socket-streaming application development
Experience using CSS
Understanding of unit testing using libraries like jest and storybook
Experience and familiarity with MUI react components, JSS, and atom based concepts (Recoil, jotai, etc.) is a plus
