Job Description:

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of emails, engagement and automation programs, event promotions, and nurturing activities. You will work closely with Central Marketing, Regional Marketing and Event teams, supporting best practices in email and email-related asset development. You will also collaborate with the Digital Marketing team in developing and supporting strategies for promotion and nurture.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 proven years of email marketing experience, preferably in Pardot.
  • Strong knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven experience creating high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills in a cross-departmental, global organisation.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or proven equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Remain abreast of technological developments of marketing technology and advances in best practices.
