Email Marketing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Management: Set up and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Project Enhancement: Strengthen current initiatives and test new email funnels and methods.
• Collaboration: Work with creative teams to craft engaging email content for our target audience.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data to refine performance and meet monthly goals.
• Targeted Research: Conduct deep research for precise audience targeting and preferences.
• Testing and Reporting: Experiment with campaign elements like subject lines, email formats, and calls to action; document outcomes in reports.

Qualifications Required:

• Language Skills: Minimum B2 (Upper intermediate) English proficiency.
• Email Marketing Experience: At least 3 years of experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing email campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Marketing Tools: Skilled in using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or equivalent.
• Software Proficiency: Experienced with Google Sheets & Notion.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Background in the EdTech industry.
• Market Knowledge: Experience in European, UK, or US markets.
• Budget Scaling: Skills in rapidly scaling marketing budgets.
• Funnel Expertise: Experience with various marketing funnels.
