The Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated, results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help us scale our company while accelerating your career! The successful candidate will bring a wealth of Klaviyo knowledge, along with the ability to design appealing emails and pop-ups, strategize email campaigns, optimize automated flows and project manage the execution of these campaigns. You will be in charge of taking over the onboarding of a client’s system, and play a crucial role in generating opt-ins on their site.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Beehiiv) to design, develop, and implement effective email marketing campaigns focused on driving online revenue
- Utilize design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe XD, Figma) to create visually appealing and engaging emails
- Create and implement strategies for the successful execution of email campaigns and flows
- Project manage the email campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring all objectives are met
- Onboard new clients into the system, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruptions
- Ensure that the paid advertising copy and email marketing language are aligned to provide a consistent digital experience for end-consumers
- Track, analyze, and report on email marketing campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve results
- Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices to ensure strategies remain competitive
Requirements:
We want to make sure you will succeed and here are the qualifications that will set you up for success!
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a digital marketing agency or ecommerce company
- Demonstrable expertise with Klaviyo is essential. Other platforms are a plus
- Proven experience designing eye-catching and engaging emails and pop-ups. Proficiency with design tools is necessary
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead email campaigns from inception to successful completion
- Experience with client onboarding processes and managing client expectations
- Familiarity with current email marketing best practices and industry trends
- Exceptional ad copy writing skills for multiple brands across social and search platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and reporting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
