Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and innovating agile email marketing campaigns including weekly single sends, webinar invitations and follow-ups, and ongoing product nurture campaigns.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Applies data analysis to measure, report and generate actionable insights from campaigns that inform global and regional marketing decisions.
• Feeds requirements, needs, and asks into a product strategy that supports marketing goals across all channels and regions
• Contributes to a streamlined email strategy on various Quest domains
• Implementing testing, technology, and conversion rate optimization to improve data-driven business KPIs
• Being a proactive, hands-on, and valued vital contributor to delivering best-in-class service levels

Qualifications:

Skills Needed For the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of knowledge of or experience in digital marketing, email, or content marketing
• Comfortable presenting email strategy to small groups of internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of or experience working in Eloqua or comparable email tools
• Knowledge of or experience designing streamlined processes and managing workflow(s) to provide adequate quality assurance with our internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
